Cheri K. Boss Cheri K. Boss, age 72 of Carrollton passed away Friday, June 14, 2024 at Cedar Pointe Nursing Center in Rolla, MO. She was born July 10, 1951 to Donald and Blanche Stout Griffith. She married Roger Boss July 25, 1975 and he preceded her in death July 28, 2015. She is survived by a daughter, Kristen (Seth) Baker of Cook Station, MO, two grandchildren, Harley and Gage Baker both of Cook Station, MO, a sister, Donna (Mike) Tharp of Godfrey, and a niece, Kendra (Frank) Roberts of Godfrey. Cheri started at Columbiana Seed Company, then attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale to obtain her Bachelor's degree, then Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville to obtain her Masters degree. She taught English for Jersey Community School district for many years until she retired.
