Jaydon C. Gardner, age 18 of Jacksonville and formerly of White Hall passed away June 2, 2024 in Jacksonville. He was born October 1, 2005 in Jacksonville, the son of Christopher Gardner and Talisha Mehrhoff.
He is survived by his mother Talisha Mehrhoff-Stice of Jacksonville, his father, Christopher Gardner of Jacksonville, maternal grandparents, Barbara (Steven Mueller) Pagel of Jacksonville, Richard Gardner and Connie Downey of Jacksonville; sisters, Jaycee Mehrhoff, Jasmine, Briana, and Aryia Gardner all of Jacksonville, a brother, Jalen Newingham also of Jacksonville, uncles, Jerry Stice Jr., Dylan Pagel, and Justin Gardner all of Jacksonville. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerry Stice Sr.
Jaydon was a 2024 Graduate of North Greene High School graduating 6 months early. He was enrolled in Midwest Technical Institute in Springfield to further his education in welding. He enjoyed going to his dad's to work on cars, welding, diesel trucks, Harleys, fishing, a
