Karen Heberling Karen Heberling, age 78 of White Hall passed away Friday, May 31, 2024 at White Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born January 25, 1946 in White Hall, the daughter of Lee and Sarah Seymoure Barrow. She married Richard Heberling March 6, 1965 in White Hall and he survives. She is also survived by a son, Doug Heberling, two grandchildren, Jade (Matt) Huber of West Frankfort, and Jordan (Jake) York of Eldred, four great-grandchildren, Rylee, Mason, Ava, and Dylann, nephew, Chad Dawdy, and many other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter, Dawn Heberling-Miller, and a sister, Beverly Dawdy. Karen was very devoted Christian and enjoyed attending Gentle Shepherd Church in White Hall. Her grandchildren and family were the highlight of her life. She enjoyed collecting costume jewelry.
